OSOPADEC: Rufus Giwa Acting Rector Appreciate Gov. Aiyedatiwa, Hails Biyi Poroye’s Appointment As Right Choice

The Acting Rector of Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo, Ondo State, Mr. Olorunwa Adegun, has commended Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa for appointing Mr. Biyi Poroye as the Executive Chairman of the Ondo State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (OSOPADEC), describing the decision as the right choice.

Speaking with journalists, Mr. Adegun stated that OSOPADEC deserves a leader with capacity, vision, passion, and innovation to transform the area. He emphasized that Mr. Poroye’s appointment is the best decision for the people of the region.

While appreciating the governor for the appointment, the Acting Rector urged the newly appointed chairman and his cabinet to bring their wealth of experience to bear in order to transform the region and justify the confidence reposed in them by Governor Aiyedatiwa.

Mr. Adegun also called on the people of the Southern region of Ondo State to cooperate with the new board to help them deliver on their mandate.
