ONDO STATE AWARD WINNING ARTIST DILLO DROPS “TRUMPET”

The 2022 Ondo State Music Awards (OSMA) Winner for Song of the Year Dele Michael aka DILLO has dropped his new singles track titled Trumpet.

After earlier promising signs to stay relevant within the Nigerian Music ranks Dillo and his crew has been working on several projects lately including the new track titled Trumpet which is set to rock parties and clubs this coming this December.

The OSMAS award winner who previously dropped “Eloni” and “Boom Boom Bella” in less than a year ago amidst rave reviews says he draws his inspirations from the likes of Davido,Bigwiz,Burna Boy,Reminisce and Jay Z .

” Inspiration comes first and foremost from God Almighty but i must also state that I look up to the likes of Davido, Bigwiz Burna Boy, Reminisce and Jay Z as the artistes who inspire me the most in the music industry”

Also in the pipeline for the Ese Odo born Dillo is the unveiling of a new Extended Play tittled “I Be Dillo” IBD (EP) which has kept him very busy in the studios working with other notable artistes and producers.

Dillo whose music career began over a decade ago has taken his Afrobeats/Afro-Pop both within and outside the shores of the country and he is one of those artistes who believes a rare talent can reach the greatest heights regardless of where such talents are based or located when asked if not being in Lagos is a barrier to stardom.

“Although Lagos is the main market for greatness as far artistes are concerned but I can tell you that whenever a talent is destined for greatness it doesn’t matter whether he or she is in a remote area not even these days that Social Media has taken over and turned the world into a global village”

Despite the Shortcomings created by the COVID-19 pandemic in the year 2020 Dillo dropped “Daddy Mi” while he also featured Wenzzie Mahone,Slimfit and Ohmz in “Phiona” just to mention but a few in his creative efforts.
