Ondo Government Denies Judiciary Complex Collapse, Labels Reports as False

The Ondo State Government has refuted claims circulating about the collapse of the state’s judiciary complex, describing the reports as false and misleading.

Commissioner for Infrastructure, Land, and Housing, Mr. Olawoye Abiola, made this clarification while inspecting the project site alongside contractors and journalists.

Mr. Abiola expressed surprise at the spread of unfounded information, noting that contractors handling the project are actively on-site, working diligently to ensure timely completion.

He explained that before the commencement of construction, soil tests and other necessary examinations were carried out, and that periodic inspections are still ongoing by both contractors and engineers from the Ministry of Works to ensure the project meets required standards.

The commissioner urged the public to disregard baseless reports, stressing that Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa’s administration remains committed to completing the judiciary complex and other infrastructural projects across the state.
