Interior Minister, Elegbeleye, Obanla Unveil Development Plans for Akoko, Rally Support For Gov’ Aiyedatiwa

The Minister Of Interior Me Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo says he will continue to add values and strategies in ensuring that development is evident in Akoko area of Ondo state.

Mr Tunji-Ojo gave the assurance when he received a former house of representatives member and the current chairman of the Nigeria premier football league Mr Gbenga Elegbeleye and an aide to governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa Mr Bode Obanla in his office in Abuja.

Mr Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo who was elated praised the effort or Mr Elegbeleye being a former house of representatives member in the region and also a former director general of sports commission expressing his admiration for the Ikare born sports administrator.

Mr Tunji-Ojo Ojo who also appreciated governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa for his encouragement assured the people of Ondo state that he won’t disappoint them and continue to do his best for the country in his position.

Earlier,Mr Gbenga Elegbeleye noted that one of the aims of the meeting was to apploud Mr Tunji-Ojo for his giant stride in fulfilling the agenda of president Bola Tinubu in transforming Nigeria and to also encourage the Minister to do more.

Mr Elegbeleye also used the medium to nostalgically canvas for more development of Akoko land and Ondo state at large stressing that all hands must be on deck to support the administration of governor lucky Aiyedatiwa to make progress.

On his part Mr Bode Obanla appreciated the synergy,brotherliness that exist among Politicians in Akoko land which he said would transform into growth and development of the region.

He however appealed for more effort towards the development of Ondo state,Akoko land and support for governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa’s administration.
