ONDO 2024: Governor Radda,Philip Shaibu Rally Support in Last-Minute Push

Katsina State Governor Dikko Radda and former Deputy Governor of Edo State Philip Shaibu have urged the people of Ondo State to disregard any rumors of intimidation and turn out in large numbers to vote in tomorrow’s election.

Governor Radda, represented by his deputy, Alhaji Farook Jobe, made this appeal while addressing state house journalists during a special consultation on the Ondo State gubernatorial election in Akure.

Governor Radda emphasized that the election is crucial for the economic transformation of the state, aligning with President Bola Tinubu’s renewed agenda.

Meanwhile, Philip Shaibu encouraged the people of Edo State to support the candidacy of Mr. Lucky Ayedatiwa. Answering questions on the country’s economic situation, Shaibu urged Nigerians to be patient with the transformational policies, assuring that they would yield positive results.

Ondo State Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa commended the peaceful campaign process across the state’s eighteen local government areas and urged people to vote for the APC while returning to their respective destinations.

In his welcome address, the Secretary of the Governor Consultation Committee, Mr. Femi Adekanbi, urged artisans and people with special needs to shun violence and vote for Mr. Aiyedatiwa in tomorrow’s election.
