AFCON 2023: Classic Peanut Now Official Snacks Of The Super Eagles Supporters Club

As the 2023 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) kicks off in Ivory Coast on Saturday January 13, the Super Eagles of Nigeria are certain to get an overwhelming support from the Nigeria Football Supporters Club (NFSC).

To achieve this, the NFSC has collaborated with Demiller Industries Limited to storm Cote d’ Ivoire in large numbers to boost the Super Eagles confidence as they seek their fourth AFCON title in the West African country.

Speaking, while presenting over 50 cartons of Classic Peanut, T-shirts, caps and financial support to members of the NFSC.

The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Demiller Industries Limited, Mr Yinka Omogoye said that the collaboration is to ensure that the Super Eagles enjoy the overwhelming support of the supporters club that will fire them to victory in Cote d’ Ivoire.

“We’re excited to collaborate with the Nigeria Football Supporters Club.

This collaboration is to ensure that the Super Eagles feel at home by enjoying the large presence of members of the Nigeria Football Supporters Club to boost their confidence and fire them to victory in Cote d’ Ivoire.

“Demiller Industries Ltd, makers of Classic Peanut, we’ve decided to support the Nigeria Football Supporters Club members with some cartons of Classic Peanut, T-Shirts, caps and financial token. We’re happy to say that today Classic Peanut has been adopted as the official peanut of the supporters club.

On the Super Eagles chances he said: As a Nigerian, there is noting that will come sweeter to me than to be part of the anticipated success of the Super Eagles at the AFCON competition. We’re optimistic that Nigeria is going to bring back the trophy.

Responding ,on the collaboration with Demiller Industries Limited, National Chairman of the Nigeria Football Supporters Club, Rev Samuel Ikpea who was excited, expressed optimism of good things to come.

“I’m very excited and it’s a good sign, and not just a sign for Nigeria Football Supporters Club but a sign for Nigeria as a whole. That means something miraculously is going to happen during the Africa Cup of Nations in Cote d’ Ivoire because the reason is that just a few hours to our departure something like this is happening. So, I consider it as a good omen for the trip we are about to embark on.

According to him,Demiller Industries have done very well and I want to call on other corporate organisations to emulate them. There is no other way you can get your mileage for good products and services apart from associating with the NFSC,” he said.
