Popular Lagos Socialite “HOUSE OF PHREEDA SPA” Attempts Suicide After Failed Marriage
A popular Lagos socialite and owner of House of phreeda SPA was on Thursday rescued while attempting to commit suicide on the 3rd mainland bridge
The socialite popularly known as Faridah parked her Lexus Jeep on the bridge and was on the verge of jumping into the Lagoon when motorists and cyclists rescued her amid sobbing and struggling.
The reason for the attempted suicide could not be ascertained as at the time of filing this report but there are insinuations that she decided to end it all after her two month-old marriage crashed.
Faridah’s husband Demola reportedly packed out of their marital home to get back with his sidechick who he was dating even before getting married.
It was gathered that a whooping sum of one hundred million naira was spent of their wedding g ceremony.
Faridah’s attempted suicide was captured on a trending video circulating on social media.
The lagoon has become an attractive point for people who want to commit suicide in recent times.
